Major League Baseball, Minor Leagues, and AAA. MLS and NBA and WNBA athletes. Speed and Conditioning training for Professional and Collegiate Upcoming  Football Season. Classes are for girls and boys that participate in Basketball,Soccer,Softball,Baseball,Tennis and Running Sports. Classes will motivate young athletes to sprint fast, jump high with timing, explosive first step, cutting ability, as well as have confidence for their sport(s).

Primetechniques Sprint Club is Nationally known for being a dominant Olympic Development Squad. Here's your young athlete(s) opportunity to learn from one of the best Sprint Technicians in History. These Camps will teach sprinters how to manage their race(s), and competition. Athletes are not so young, that they can't learn skills used by the Professionals. The best thing about these camps, is that the Head Technician will be hands on. Your child deserves elite training. Don't stay frustrated with times, when you can do something about their technique. No stopwatch used at these camps.

Primetechniques Olympic Development Squad will be conducting Fall Training for Young Sprinters. Class will prepare young athletes for and during competition season of 2010. This Class will help local Clubs and High Schools, receive help with elite training for youth(s). You don't have to compete in meets to train and learn. Here's what local parents have requested in their Areas.

Primetechniques Speed Enhancement will be training Football Players, in above level Speed and Agility training. Training will also cover the dynamics of 60yds. 40 yds. 30yds., pro shuttle, L Dill, and veritcal leaps. Most programs will throw your equillibrium off with devices. This will interupt top level performances. Primetechniques philosophy, "Is point a to point b". Direct muscle memory training and non waisted movements is the key to dominating your Pro Day and Pre Season Training.

Sports Managements, Agents and Law Firms, Primetechniques is the new Sports Performance Coach on the block. Training in Southern California will definetly heighten your chances at improving each day. Athletes you will keep your needed weight and muscle, while becoming fast with a sprinters form. Basketball Players will have explosive leaping ability and agilty.

Upcoming Season Conditioning and Speed Training for Professional, Collegiate and High School Football Players. Track and Field Sprint Training for Girls and Boys High School, and Under Athletes, for Field Events, Distance Runners (added kick for finish), 100m, 200m, and 400m.
